The product is really nice and it is made with good quality. I haven't use it on course but did a couple of putts in my home and it felt really good. I hope it can improve my game. The seller send the package in a box and arrived as promise. I would recommend this seller and will be glad to shop again from him. This putter is horrible. When you hit the golf ball it makes a strange "ping" sound that makes it obvious how poorly it is made - sounds like incredibly cheap metal. But the worst part of it is that it is made with a crazy angle on it. Unless you like to putt with the ball a foot to your right - this putter will not work. It's hard to explain - but the design of this thing is just not good. Waste of 20 bucks for me. I got home from work the other day and saw a package on my door step. It was this nifty putter i had ordered. Its great!
